How Can I Purchase Tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through this site for $50 each by clicking on the "Purchase Tickets" link to the left of the page. Dinner and drinks are included in the ticket price. Tickets can also be purchased as a gift for a Harney teacher or staff member. All tickets will be waiting at Will Call, so there is no need to print a copy of your purchase.
Are Children Attending the Auction?
The Harney Benefit Auction is a 21 and over event.
Will There Be Assigned Seating?
No - tables will seat 10 guests each, and are open to the attendees seating preference.
Are Guestrooms Available at the Heathman Lodge on the Night of the Auction?
Yes! Guestrooms at the lodge are available at a reduced rate for attendees of the Harney Auction. Deluxe Guestrooms are $129 - just mention that you're with the Harney Auction to receive the discounted rate. These rooms are available by reservation on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Can I Use a Credit Card to Purchase My Winning Bids at the Auction?
Credit cards will be accepted, but cash or check are preferred. Receipts for all purchases will be given.
Is There a Dress Code?
This is not a formal event, but it IS a night out - dress for the occasion!
What Are the Dinner Menu Options?
There will be both a chicken and a vegetarian option - the exact menu will be posted here shortly. All meals are gluten free. When purchasing your tickets, select the dinner of your choice from the available pull-down menu on the order form.
